Everybody eventually forms a style with bondage. Things that are personal.
My webbing work is pretty distinctive to start with. While it is built on top of the classic ties, it has visually diverged.
I use a lot more color than other people. But the color probably isn't the most distinguishing feature. It's a product of function. My webbing is color-coded by length. The purple are about 15ft long. The yellow lines are 20ft long. The blue lines are 25ft long. The red lines are 30ft long.
I don't see other people tying bows. They started as a way of dealing with excess length in a non-structural quick release manner. Then I started to really like them. They appeal the the childlike innocence that I try to bring to the dungeon. (I try to exhibit enough skill that childlike doesn't cross the line into childish.)
Most of my bondage features bows. At the Max 2 day bondage intensive I became know for the phrase "...and finish with a nice big bow." While I understand that some people might mistake this as the leading edge of a humiliation scene, I take the bows seriously as both a stylistic choice and safety feature.
I try not to post photos to recon that are dominated by the bows, since it undercuts the small amount of dominance I can muster.
