Research and Development - full suspension for flogging

The reason that I like suspension is that it allows for openness of and access to the body.  Pure floor work tends to fold the body in on itself.

I am trying to learn to open up parts of the body during bondage (including partial suspension for whipping).

A guy talked about full suspension and flogging.  I decided to figure out how to make these happen at the same time.

Flogging would involve having the back exposed.  This meant no chest harness.  Arms would be tied as for the partial suspension for whipping. A vertical line for a hip harness would interfere with the torso.
So I decided to go with two column ties and pull the lines to the side.  The suspension wasn't as comfortable as I had hoped.  I changed to two single column ties with separate vertical lines.
The leg ties were performed with soundsFun straddling the workout bench.

I lifted with the winch and liked what I saw.

two single column strategy per leg
The weight is held mostly by the hips, tied with a large number of passes. The lines on the hands mostly just prevent the weight from going elsewhere.

This position is useful.
