This is intuitive and fun.
We tried things along these lines a while back. With just the two column ties on each side there was a lot of movement. Pulling a pair of lines to the walls with taut line hitches stopped most of the movement. An additional pair of lines to hard points on the floor didn't materially change the partial suspension.
This is quite useful.
Afterwards we tried pulling the lines to the ceiling instead of the walls. This put a bit more pressure on the wrists, but was an equally valid answer.
